What is jazz???

Jazz almost defies definition. There are many types and styles of jazz and as we get further and further away from the beginnings of jazz, many

 elements fuse together to add to the confusion. Jazz was more of a separate entity years ago, but now we have jazz-rock, latin jazz, acid jazz, 

fusion

and several others. Many people consider jazz to be the only true form of American art. What makes Jazz different fro

m all other forms of music including western classical, pop etc is the element of improvisation. In India jazz is still not very popular but in the coming years it is expected to become the most popular form of live music because of the challenges and thrills in improvisation and its ability to take from every other form of music.

What are we offering?

Now you can opt for courses in Jazz music and do majors in any of the follwing subjects:

All the trainers are working jazz musicians from the industry and include known names like Mr. Shivam Khare for Piano (Student of Mr. Jason Lindner and Mr. James Carson), Mr. Nishant Parashar for Guitar (Student of Mr. Rubens De La Corte, Mr. EdDeGenerro and Mr. Prasanna), Ms. Aditi Veena for vocals(Student of Ms. Magos Herrera Ms. Natalie John), Mr. Nirvan Pareva for drums (Student of Mr. Benny Greb, Mr. Lyndon Rochelle and Mr. Alex Kautz) and Mr. Sonic Shori for Bass guitar (Student of Mr. Panagiotis Andrew and Mr. Steve Zerlin). 

Add-ons - We will be providing you all the reference material like workbooks, CD's etc. free of cost. You will also be given workshops on music theory and other music related topics every month.
